NFP Instructor
A Bilingual English/Spanish NFP Instructor position may be available in part- and full-time position in our Phoenix Clinic locations. The NFP Instructor will create a culture/office atmosphere that encourages openness, honesty, trust, and respect in communications with patients, and among family members. We are currently seeking a NFP Instructor to provide family planning information and patient instruction on methods such as Billings Ovulation Method to offer non-hormonal family planning. NFP Instructor will maintain follow-up with clients to assess and adjust actions based on tracking information reviews. The NFP Instructor will also provide intervention counseling to each client regarding her particular situation, especially regarding pregnancy, abortion, birth control and STDs in an atmosphere of warmth through listening and helping skills.
Responsibilities may include aiding in all tasks of the clinic including: answering phones, greeting arriving patients, and assuring patient paperwork is complete. NFP Instructor will also assist the MA’s, RN’s, NP’s and Nurse Manager as needed.
Requirements: Bilingual English/Spanish NFP Instructor is a team players who is positive and outgoing, with a professional manner, honest character and can work at a fast pace while maintaining accuracy. NFP Instructor possesses excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as possessing organizational and standard computer skills. NFP Instructor is committed to the sanctity of human life, expresses a commitment to the clinic’s life-affirming mission, and has a desire to serve women in crisis.
