Front Office/Reception

We employ Bilingual English/Spanish Front Office/Reception staff in part- and full-time positions in our Phoenix Clinic locations.  To facilitate smooth operation of LCWC clinics, the Front Office staff make certain clients are greeted and attended to promptly, telephones are answered quickly, and the clinic lobby and reception areas are neatly maintained. Front Office staff responsibilities include patient intake and check out, and all tasks of the clinic which include answering phones, greeting arriving patients, assuring paperwork is complete, obtaining proper specimens, running pregnancy tests, reporting pregnancy test results, offering peer counseling, scheduling appointments, and entering patient data into the computer and providing follow-up with clients who have missed their appointments. Additional Front Office staff responsibilities include assisting Physicians, NP’s, RN’s, MA’s, and Nurse Manager as needed including chaperoning exams, filing, inventory control, and maintaining tidy and professional looking patient access areas. 

Requirements: Front Desk/Reception staff must be bilingual English/Spanish and have knowledge and experience in providing front office support in a fast-paced medical clinic. Front Desk/Reception staff is a team player who is positive and outgoing, with a professional manner, honest character and can work at a fast pace while maintaining accuracy. Front Desk/Reception staff possesses excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as possessing organizational and standard computer skills. Front Desk/Reception staff must submit an application or resume, and complete orientation session and training program.
