Human Resources Director

The Human Resources Director responsibilities will focus on the following areas:

The Human Resources Director manages all tasks related to Human Resources management and relations in coordination with Company Directors and Employees. HR Director maintains in-house personnel records and works with a 3rd Party company for payroll and payroll tax reporting.  The HR Director also works with the Executive and Medical Directors to develop and update job descriptions, advertise open positions, recruitment of valuable staff, interview candidates, onboard new staff members, review performance and maintain retention. HR Director sets up new hire personnel records, maintains existing records for compliance of renewals and certifications, and manages staff terminations and exit interviewing.  Director will work with Corporate Directors to research and implement Employee benefits. The HR Director will be responsible for collecting timecards and using ADP to input information and generate payroll reports.  The HR Director is also involved in training new staff on basic office functions including: use of the phone system, office orientation, safety guidelines, and some specific job functions. The HR Director will perform all additional functions as directed by company Executive Director, including providing backup support of other staffing when needed.

Requirements:  Minimum 3 years in Human Resources position or equivalent.  Great organizational, written and verbal communication skills.  Must be able to manage and meet deadlines and work both independently and as part of a team.  Director is committed to the sanctity of human life, expresses a commitment to the clinic’s life-affirming mission, has a desire to serve women in crisis, and provides a moral formation for youth.
