Sheila Riely, BS

As Executive Director of Life Choices Women’s Clinics, Sheila has a BS from the University of Illinois and over 30 years of experience in the health care.  In 1986 she was a volunteer at ASK Women’s Center in Phoenix. ASK was established to provide support to women in the community. Over the years the mission and services have been expanded to include medical care, counseling and direct aid.

Mary Graettinger, BS, MBA

Mary serves as Director of Finance, and helps out with both front-and back-office support. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from Arizona State University and Master’s Degree from the University of Phoenix. She uses her accounting skills to maintain and report financials, and her management skills for human resources, promotion, and organizational tasks.

Sherry Gorslin, RN, WHNP, B.C.

Sherry serves as the Medical Director of Life Choices Women’s Clinics and is a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner with over 30 years’ experience in the medical field. Sherry’s experience is in OB/GYN, labor and deliver, and Emergency Department.  Her experience with Family Planning Health Departments in two Arizona counties makes her invaluable to our patients seeking these services. Sherry has been involved with LCWC on different levels since 2000 and has taken multiple pro-life clinics to a medical level in and around Arizona.  She is skilled with limited 3D and 4D ultrasonography, performs our medical exams at both centers, trains medical staff, and oversees our medical department.

Hannah Osborne, FNP-C, BSN, RN

Hannah is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her Bachelors in Nursing from Marquette University and worked as an RN with adults and kids including med-surge, ER and several traveling nursing positions. She received her Masters of Science in Nursing from University of Colorado. Hanna is originally from Wisconsin (Go Pack Go!), lived in Colorado for several years and has recently moved to Arizona. She is looking forward to working and exploring Phoenix with her goldendoodle pup, Walter. 

Cassandra Tompkins, DMS

Cassandra joined the Phoenix Women’s Clinic staff as a full-time Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (DMS). She attended the Pima Medical Institute Diagnostic Medial Sonography program, and graduated with an AAS as well as an AA in General Studies.

Margaret Kline, RN, Sonographer

Peg has been working as an Ultrasound Sonographer on our Hope Mobile Clinic since 2016. She also works part-time in our Clinic to enable us to offer some Saturday ultrasound appointments.

Christy Schubert, RDMS

Christy works part-time performing limited ultrasounds for our clients. She is a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) and received her training at Carrington College. She received her BS in Sociology from Arizona State University. She excels in needs assessment, listening and communication skill, and empathetic patient care.

Surisadday Estrada Perez, MA

Suri received her Certification as a Medical Assistant from Arizona College.  A full time mom to two boys, she plans to return to school for her BSN degree. Her goal is to help women of low income get the help they need to take care of their children, and have access to affordable health care. She strives to empower women to provide for their family and themselves and overcome any type of abuse. Suri is fluent in English and Spanish.         

Angeles Perez

Angeles is our Front/Back Support. She provides phone and front office support. Angeles is also a full time mom. She plans on going back to school to obtain a nursing degree, hopefully becoming a neonatal nurse. Angeles is fluent in English and Spanish.    

Alejandra Vargas

Alejandra is a Receptionist and Scheduler. She assists clients when they arrive at the Clinic, and provides phone support. Alejandra is currently pursuing a nursing degree at Paradise Valley Community College. Alejandra is fluent in English and Spanish.
