 Wills and Living Trusts

We are engaged in a relentless struggle against a growing culture of death. A gift in your will or living trust, known as a charitable bequest, is a great way for us to continue our life saving and culture changing work for years to come. A charitable bequest is one or two sentences in your will or living trust that leaves to Life Choices Women’s Clinic a specific item, an amount of money, a gift contingent upon certain events or a percentage of your estate. Your gift entitles your estate to an unlimited federal estate tax charitable deduction. Contact your Financial Advisor for additional information. For more information about different giving options, including how to leave Life Choices Women’s Clinic in your will or estate plan.  Please use Legal Name for bequests: Life Choices Women’s Clinic 8326 N. 7th St. Phoenix, AZ 85020,  Federal Tax ID Number: 86-0840424.

 Beneficiary Designation

Designate how specific assets will be distributed after your death. This can be adjusted anytime. Name Life Choices Women’s Clinic as a beneficiary in your Life Insurance Policies and Retirement Plans.  Because Life Choices Women’s Clinic is a tax-exempt organization the entire donation will go to our ministry. For example, if you designate a gift of $75,000 in an IRA rollover to Life Choices Women’s Clinic, our organization will receive the entire amount and will directly impact the lives of the unborn. If $75,000 was designated to a family member, you would pay federal income tax leaving approximately $54,000 for the family member (based on 28% tax bracket). Please remember us as one of your children and your gift will help generations to come! Other Assets where Life Choices can be named as a beneficiary are: Annuities, Bank Accounts, Certificates of Deposit and Brokerage Accounts.

Matching Gifts, Investments, Stocks, Endowments

Donation options are endless at Life Choices Women’s Clinic.  From stocks and bonds to electronics, vehicles and other assets – all gifts are welcome.  In addition, learn if your employer offers matching grant opportunities.  For more information on how to give in these ways, please contact us at — 602.305.5100

IRA Charitable Rollover

If you are 70 1/2 years old or older, you can take advantage of the IRA charitable rollover.  This is great news!  Especially if you are required to take mandatory distributions.  Give up to $100,000 from your IRA directly to a qualified charity such as Life Choices Women’s Clinic without having to pay income taxes on the money.  This law no longer has an expiration date and is now a permanent revision to the tax code.  Contact your Financial Advisor or call us at 602.305.5100 and we will gladly put you in touch with someone who can help you.

Investment, Stocks, Endowments, IRA Rollover and future Planned Giving arrangements are available to ensure that your contributions are assisting the “poorest of the poor” (God’s unborn children) and fulfilling your pro-life values.

Company Matching Gift Program

Many companies encourage their employees to give back to their communities by providing a matching gift program to increase the impact of your personal contribution.  Please check with your company to see if they have a matching gift program.

Federated Programs

Some companies have programs that support organizations within the communities they serve.  Some examples include AmazonSmile and grocery store Charity designations.  We are currently set up on AmazonSmile so be sure to make your Amazon purchases through AmazonSmile and designate Life Choices Women’s Clinic.  Fry’s Food Store also has a loyalty program, and we are listed.
